Make Use Of Your Gift And Talents

A man’s gift makes room for him, and bring him before great men. One of the greatest way to accelerate in your life is to make use of your talents and abilities to create value in the lives of people around you. When you use your talent to create value for people, you will be rewarded financially.

During my years of studying and learning I discovered that people who have no strength for success are people who fail to discover, develop and creatively deploy their talent. Such people believe that success is something that comes from without, not knowing that success is an insider work. Success begin from the depth of your mind and the recognition of your God-given abilities. It’s your responsibility to discover and creatively make use of your talents. No one is responsible for that but YOU.

I want to encourage you my good friend, that you write down all your talents in your note book. What do you do well?  What do you have passion for?  Write them down in your note book. Also write down how you can transform your talent into its monetary equivalent. What success, what goods, what services and products can you create with your talents?  Many people don’t know what they are capable of achieving because they have never done this simple but powerful exercise.

Dear friend, when you awaken to your abilities, it becomes easy for you to deploy your talents in your area of highest competitive advantage. Many people struggle to succeed in their area of weakness when they should be focused on their area of strength. This is because they haven’t yet discovered their full potential. They operate in an area where they are weak instead of functioning and excelling in their area of strength.

Your area of strength is what you do almost effortlessly that brings you the greatest results. To make it easy, ask yourself, “What do I enjoy doing that brings in the highest financial results for me?  Results do not lie. When you learn to make use of your talents, you will discover other possibilities that exist for you. When you focus on one thing, develop your skill and stay on course, through time, you will become a master at what you do and people will seek you out.

Robin Sharma once said: focus plus daily improvements plus time equals genius. Success is not an accident. It’s a well consciously, planned and organized action or it’s the result of focused, intelligent and conscientious engagement of your energies and abilities. As you make use of your talents by adding value, you will become better, bigger and more successful.
