YOU ARE NOT TOO BROKEN FOR GOD TO USE

Posted on

WELCOME BACK! You are not too broken for God to use. The Bible says in (Psalm 51:17), that God never rejects a heart that comes before Him in honesty and surrender. Your brokenness is not a barrier to His purpose, it is an invitation for His grace to rest upon you. When you bring your shattered pieces to God, He doesn’t turn you away; He shapes them into something far more beautiful and useful than before. Every scar can become a testimony, every wound a doorway for His healing power, and every failure a place where His mercy speaks louder than your past.

God does not discard the broken; He rebuilds them for greater purpose. Brokenness is not a disqualification, it is often the very qualification God uses to prepare and empower you for His divine assignment. When life crushes you, God is not done with you; instead, He is positioning you to be remolded with deeper compassion, stronger faith, and a renewed sense of calling. In His hands, what once felt like the end becomes the foundation for a new beginning filled with clarity, direction, and grace.

Your focus is to surrender your wounds, failures, and shortcomings to God. Instead of hiding your broken places, present them boldly before Him, trusting that He can transform them into testimonies, wisdom, and strength. Take Apostle Paul, for example,  once a persecutor of the church, a man whose past was filled with violence and pride, yet when he surrendered to Christ, God turned him into one of the greatest messengers of the gospel. Peter too was a man marked by fear and denial, he denied Jesus three times at His most critical moment. But when Peter brought his failure to God, Jesus restored him and entrusted him with feeding and leading His people. Their brokenness became the very doorway to their divine usefulness.

Some of God’s greatest vessels were people who came to Him shattered — David with his mistakes, Peter with his denial, Paul with his past, Rahab with her reputation. God specializes in taking what the world deems unusable and turning it into a platform for His glory. Your brokenness is not your ending point; it is the beginning of God’s rebuilding process. He takes what is crushed and breathes life into it, turning your story into a beacon of hope for others who are walking through their own valleys.

Thank you, Uplifted Moments family, for growing spiritually with us every day. May the Lord heal every broken place within you and turn it into strength, purpose, and a testimony that blesses generations. I pray that His restoration, peace, and grace fill your heart today and always. Amen.
